Each product is printed and fulfilled on demand, which means we can only accept returns for defective or misprinted items.
Eligibility for Refund
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for wrong size, change of mind, or color differences caused by monitor settings.
Process
Once we confirm your issue, we’ll offer a replacement or refund. Items must not be used or washed.
EU & UK Customers
Under EU law, customers usually have the right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days. However, since all of our products are printed on demand and personalized, this right does not apply unless the item is defective, damaged, or misprinted.
If you are located in the EU or UK and received a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our standard policy.
